1. Application and Features For Scrap Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Hydraulic Baler
Scrap Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Hydraulic Baling machine is suitable for steelmaking plant, recycling processing industry and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industry. It can extrude all kinds of metal scraps, steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, etc. into rectangle, cylinder, octagon and other qualified furnace materials, so as to reduce the cost of transportation and smelting torch. Features of hydraulic metal baler: (1) all kinds of machines are driven by hydraulic pressure. Manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected. (2) No foot screw is required for installation, and diesel engine can be used for power supply in places without power supply. (3) There are two kinds of ways to unpack: turning and pushing. (4) There are ten grades of extrusion pressure from 130T to 1000t, and the production efficiency is from 1t/h to 20t/ h. (5) The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the bale can be designed and customized according to the specifications of the user's raw materials.

1) If your scrap material is scrap metals,non-ferrous metals, color metals, we recommend
Y81F series metal baler to you, which has high pressing force with bales tilting out design.
2) If your scrap material is lightweight metals, such as scrap aluminium,scrap copper,tin cans ,buckets, we recommend our Y81Q series metal baler to you, the bales will be pushed from baler forward.
3) If your scrap material is heavy metals,then we recommend our Y81T series metal balers to you, the bales will be pushed out from the side of the metal baler.
