Y81 series metal hydraulic baler is capable of extruding various metal leftover materials,
steel parting, waste copper, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and scraped car material
into qualified charging such as square column, cylinder, octagon body and other sharps,
in a bid to reduce transportation,refine costs and increase transportation speed. Such baler is mainly used in steel plants, reclamation, processing industry and nonferrous &ferrous metal refining industry. Such machines adopt hydraulic drives with manual or PLC automatic control operation as options. The discharging types fall into turning over, pushing out, forwarding out and manual lifting. It is unnecessary to fix foot screws. A diesel engine can be used in case of power supply unavailability.The extrusion force ranges from 130 tons to 1000 tons, total 10 grades for customers' selection, and productivity being from 1ton/h to 20tons/h.

1) If your scrap material is scrap metals,non-ferrous metals, color metals, we recommend 
Y81F series Metal Baler to you, which has high pressing force with bales tilting out design. 
 2) If your scrap material is lightweight metals, such as scrap aluminium,scrap copper,tin cans ,buckets, we recommend our Y81Q series metal baler to you, the bales will be pushed from baler forward. 
 3) If your scrap material is heavy metals,then we recommend our Y81T series metal balers to you, the bales will be pushed out from the side of the metal baler.
