The Y83W series Steel Briquette Machine is suitable for operation in scrapyards and metal-processing industry which with large amount of metal waste processing. Horizontal Steel Copper Brass Chips Briquetting Press System is especially suitable for hard metal like stainless steel chips, grade 7 and grade 12 aluminum scrap, long copper chips, etc. With various shape sizes, the briquettes are compact and dense, convenient storage and transportation, better melting effect in the furnace with few burning loss.

Corollary equipment

1) Shredder: used to shred the big long metal scraps into smaller chips, Which could be easy for briquetting.

2) Bunker: used to store 3-5 cubic metal chips, and with the mechanical screw output function. Often cooperate with the use of conveyor, for storage and transportation.

3) Conveyor: used for conveying metal materials. The belt is chain slat type.

4) Air chiller: used to cool the hydraulic system and exchange the heat of the hydraulic oil through the air.

5) Water cooler: used to cool the hydraulic system and exchange the heat of hydraulic oil through water.

Consumables

1) Punch: made of alloy steel, die steel, etc. which used in high pressure area of equipment for pressing metal materials. 

2) Die sleeve: made of special materials, the metal material is pressed into briquettes by the external force.

3) Back plate: made of high hardness material, used to protect mechanical parts under high pressure.

Sealing element: used for dust-proof and leak sealing of tubing joints.
