How does a hydraulic Metal Baler work? The electric control system and the metal baler work together to accomplish the entire baling process. The working process involves the following steps:

1) After the pump start, the scrap metal is fed into the press box in a moderate amount.

2) As the oil at high pressure feeds the side cylinder back cavity, the piston rod reaches out and drives the side pusher forward. This causes the side pusher to mount pressure, as it presses the metal in the box until the front dead center is reached.

3) Just like in the previous step, the piston reaches out and drives the main pusher forward to press the metal in the box as the high-pressure oil feeds into the back cavity of the main cylinder. However, it is essential to hold for about 3~5 seconds when reaching the preset pressure value before you end the final compress.

4) the door cover is lifted abd opened as the high-pressure oil makes its way intonthe top cylinder front cavity.

5) the side cylinder is reset as soon as the high-pressure oil enters the main cylinder front cavity.

6) the main cylinder is reset as soon as the hydraulic at high pressure enters the main cylinder front cavity.

7) the turning mechanism which turns the bale out is driven as the high-pressure oil enters the flip-over cylinder back cavity.
